We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all Accounts Receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and following up on outstanding payments. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with other departments to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.

Key Responsibilities:
- End to end Accounts Receivable, including reconciliations.
- Building collaborative relationships to handle internal and external accounts enquiries.
- Work directly with the team to support and boost collections,
- Investigate all overdue debt promptly by pursing customers and escalating internal queries as required.
- Debtor management and monitoring.
- Handling all customer queries/communications.
- General accounts administration duties.
- Cross over support for Accounts Payables.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent computer literacy and accuracy.

- Experience working within a fast paced Accounts Receivable environment to meet critical business deadlines.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical ability.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with minimum supervision, demonstrating initiative for priority setting, goal achievement and time management.
- Intermediate Excel skills and strong data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Experience in a job costing environment would be beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a successful team.
