AddressFoodlink Australia is one of the largest, fastest-growing Food Service Distributors in New South Wales. We require a full-time Accounts Receivable to assist us in our offices based in Kingsgrove. This position reports to our Finance Manager.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Account Management - addressing internal and external account inquiries
- Payment Allocation - handling and examining client payments and ensuring accurate processing and account reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Debt collection - managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from our customers
- Debt ledger analysis and reporting
- Managing the credit application process for new customers
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:
- Strong reconciliation knowledge is required
- Accounts all-rounder experience is a bonus
- A strong Accounts background Bachelor's Degree qualified Accountant (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with Navision / Dynamics Nav would be highly advantageous
- A high level of accuracy & attention to detail is a must
- Excellent organisational & communication skills are essential
