Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for Ambulance service fees and charges, delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, or written correspondence. Manage revenue collection processes, including non-patient billing, in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. Provide administrative support, maintain records, and prepare accurate reports. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to enhance customer service.
