Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager – the primary purpose of this position is to support our Third party partners and their customers. The role has a mix of responsibilities that require strong relationship-building skills for both internal and external stakeholders. You will liaise between the state-based Winning Services teams and 3PL partners to resolve issues and support the daily operation of our teams. You will need to be passionate about customer service and ensuring our partners are receiving the best possible service.
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Relationship management of existing national accounts
- Relationship management of new clients won
- Operating WMS (warehouse management system)
- Data entry for reporting and billing purposes
- Running daily delivery reports
- Running daily return reports
- Working closely with assigned partners and their customers
- Staying up to date company products and services
- Handling complaints
- Operating 3PL partner B2B portal system
- Administrative experience
- Customer support and or customer service background an advantage
- Excellent time management skills, an ability to prioritise tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand clients needs
- Previous experience working within the same or similar industry (desirable)
