Based in Hastings on the Mornington Peninsula, David Gibbs & Associates Lawyers work diligently to assist people within our Community by providing professional, dedicated and friendly legal services. 

About the role

Duties will include:

  • General daily accounts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Trust accounting
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing and receipting
  • Billing/Invoicing
  • End of month financial reporting
  • Preparation of BAS and PAYG Statements
  • General Administration duties and office support

Skills and experience

  • Knowledge of a Legal Trust Account
  • You will have at least 2-3 years bookkeeping experience
  • High quality computer skills
  • Able to work on your own and within a team

The ideal applicant will have experience in use of Leap Accounting and MYOB or other legal practice management and accounting software.
