About the role
Duties will include:
- General daily accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Trust accounting
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing and receipting
- Billing/Invoicing
- End of month financial reporting
- Preparation of BAS and PAYG Statements
- General Administration duties and office support

Skills and experience
- Knowledge of a Legal Trust Account
- You will have at least 2-3 years bookkeeping experience
- High quality computer skills
- Able to work on your own and within a team
The ideal applicant will have experience in use of Leap Accounting and MYOB or other legal practice management and accounting software.
