At Hear With Me, we have set out to provide a fresh approach to audiology care that values the person and their needs before anything else. We believe in providing warm, honest, comprehensive, and personalised audiology care to all our patients. We want each client, family member and enquirer to have an exceptional customer experience from their first interaction with us to the minute they leave. You will help us achieve our aims of providing 10/10 experiences to all patients and referrers and aim to build long-term partnerships with them. Our first three years of serving people of all ages hear better has seen us receive over 100 positive Google Reviews.
About You:
We're looking for an Audiologist who truly cares – not just about hearing assessments, hearing aids and wax removals, but about the people we serve. Our practice is built on the belief that warmth, honesty, and genuine care can transform the audiology experience for both adults and children. If you're technically excellent, possess exceptional soft skills, and are excited about making a difference each and every day, we want you to be a part of our team.
Your Role:
As an Audiologist, you'll be the heart of our practice. Your days will be filled with moments that matter – from guiding a child through their first hearing assessment to patiently helping an adult through a hearing aid trial. You'll be the one removing ear wax to restore comfort, and the friendly face that ensures every patient feels at ease. You'll be the second audiologist to join Hear With Me after our founder Dr Gerard William.
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough and accurate hearing assessments for adults and children that pave the way for better communication and understanding.
Create connections with patients and families, explaining results and options in a way that's clear, empathetic, and reassuring.
Carefully perform ear wax removals (children 8+ only), putting patients' comfort and safety first.
Embrace a no-pressure approach as you assist patients through hearing aid trials and hearing rehabilitation, understanding that everyone's journey is unique.
Willing to focus on rehabilitation excellence derived through evidence-based clinical research and patient feedback to achieve person-centred goals
Be more motivated by exceptional client experiences (10/10) and achieving the needs and goals of each client ahead of financially-driven hearing aid sales numbers.
Be open to learning across all of our hearing aid brands on offer and becoming equally competent with each one.
Keep meticulous records, ensuring that every detail is captured and every promise is upheld. This will be through our customer relationship management softwares (for example, and not limited to, Coreplus and NOAH).
Meet the requirements for services under Hearing Services Program (HSP), Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), Medicare and private health insurance.
Work in conjunction with other team members towards a common vision of growth through shared activities and meetings.
Infuse our promise of warmth, honesty, personalisation and comprehensive care into every interaction, creating experiences that earn us 10/10 ratings.
