We are looking for part-time Activities Officer's to empower and engage with our Residents to maximise their participation in Leisure and Lifestyle programs based in our Fernhill Home in Caboolture, close to public transport.
Our focus for residents is what best suits their individual needs and wants, our Activities Officers facilitate this through:
- Participation in the development, implementation and assessment of Therapeutic Plans
- Supporting residents to engage in their Leisure and Lifestyle choices and activities.
- Supporting staff and volunteers in provision of Leisure and Lifestyle programs
Your will have the following
- Cert III in Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy
- Experience in an Aged Care or supporting Residents with lifestyle and leisure programs.
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
