A Content Writer is responsible for creating, managing, and distributing various types of content across different platforms.

Experience level: Intermediate to Mid-level
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Able to effectively manage priorities to ensure time-critical tasks are delivered within deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to follow business guidelines and protocol e.g., style-guides.
- Experience working with design tools e.g., Canva, In-Design or Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with local onshore team.
- Exceptional English literacy design skills and exceptional attention to detail e.g., knows the difference between an H1 a caption and a meta description.
- Experienced with resizing, cropping, and outputting digital images.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with strict production deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and changes.
- Good organization skills and an eye for design.
- Willingness to speak up to share new ideas, concepts, and provide feedback for the improvement of the project.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Trello, Braze, Webflow, and Typeform.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools
Major Responsibilities:
- Producing a high volume of high-quality content assets which are published across web, app, social media, and email.
- Working on Kanban-style production systems using Trello, Canva and GDocs to produce articles, assets and content that is published across multiple systems including: Webflow, App - iOS and Android, Email newsletter (Braze) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
YouTube) - Work closely with another content producer to ensure productivity of the tasks.
- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Develop engaging and innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, blogs, email
newsletters, and more.
Other responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the content team to develop content strategies that support the organization's objectives and drive engagement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in content creation, distribution, and digital marketing.
