Our general insurance client is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join their team based in Adelaide working on reporting and analytics tasks.
About the role
- Assist with various pieces of actuarial analysis including premium rating and valuation of liabilities.
- Assist with the preparation of regular and other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Prepare and provide regular data files on claims and policies as required.
- Prepare and provide ad-hoc data files and submissions requested by regulatory authorities.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Adelaide for this role.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in an actuarial role in general insurance.
- Working knowledge of tools such as R, SQL, and SAS, as well as business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
