About the opportunity
The University of Sydney is seeking a full-time Admin and Research Assistant to support the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) team. The University of Sydney Business School is a signatory to the PRME, an initiative of the UN Global Compact. This dedication has been formalized in the Strategy 2023-2027, which places sustainability and responsibility at its core. The PRME team manages initiatives and projects to integrate Responsible Management Education and sustainability principles into the School's education, research, partnerships and operations.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
build networks, model collaboration and work effectively with others to encourage inclusivity and impact
gather and organise data from a range of sources to update databases, compile reports, charts, graphs, and tables
analyse incoming enquiries and correspondence, prepare responses utilising sound knowledge of the work area, seeking further advice as necessary
provide administrative support in relation to diary, travel, and accommodation management for the work area
About you
experience in the use of NVivio software is essential
attention to detail with experience in the use of Excel
demonstrated experience managing multiple competing priorities using effective time management skills in a fast paced, time pressured environment
excellent organisational and time management skills
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sustainable development subject matter expertise in organisational settings desirable but not essential.
