The Role
This is a new and Exciting Role in our team strategically devised in response to our recent and planned growth. We are looking for someone with a genuinely bubbly and friendly personality (that X factor!), someone who can juggle several tasks at the same time, a person who can not only do what is asked of them but who can also take the initiative and pick up on what is needed ahead of being told.
What the role entails:
- Finding and liaising with candidates for roles
- Sourcing information that can support business growth
- Compiling and maintaining various spreadsheets
- Supporting the recruitment team with various activities
- Internal and external database searches
- Compiling and sending out e-marketing campaigns
- Writing and posting adverts online
- Various admin tasks - both standard and ad-hoc tasks
- Data Entry
- Plus so much more!
The skills/traits we need:
- Creative writing ability
- Very strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate a database/CRM system … quickly!
- Out-of-the-box thinker who can quickly understand how a business operates
- A strong ability to take direction and deliver results aligned with the requests
- Ability to strategize in relation to how data sets can be best utilised to grow business outcomes
- A fast learner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- The ability to pre-empt what is needed in the role and in the business
