Extreme Marquees is looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join our team in Admin, Sales Support and Internal Sales.

Extreme Marquees is a family business which has been operating since 2003. Extreme Marquees sells high quality folding marquees, custom printed marquees, event marquees, banners and more Australia wide from the office in Brendale. In 2018 Extreme Marquees expanded to California, USA and in 2022 to Auckland, NZ.
ABOUT THE JOB
Extreme Marquees is looking for someone to learn the administration and Sales Support duties, while training along side our sales team. The goal will be that the successful applicant will be able to take on their own clients and sales in the future.
The job will consist of the following duties:
-General reception and admin duties.
-Answering and directing phone calls.
-Providing customers with prices and quotations.
-Making follow up calls to existing customers.
-Communicating with customers via email, phone, live chat and in-person.
-Assisting our sales team.
-Training in sales with the goal of obtaining their own customer base.
-Learning the basics of other office roles to be able to fill in as required.
-Checking the company's social media accounts.
-Data entry.
-Basic office cleaning.
-Running errands to the local post office and grocery store.

-Flexible to adjust and take on different tasks as required.
-Friendly and confident on the phone.

No prior office experience is required - We provide all training!
Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Located in Brendale, QLD.
