Job Summary:
Retail Tasker is seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, Brisbane. In this role, you will work closely with our Field Operations Manager to assist in training and guiding our Field Sales team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our team members effectively deliver on the in-store objectives of the brands we represent. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of sales and merchandising principles. The role is office based but may require you to visit supermarket locations occasionally. There is room for some flexibility with days and hours however this is a 30 to 38 hour per week role.

Responsibilities:
1. Team Support and Training:
- Assist the Field Operations Manager in training and guiding the Field Sales team.
- Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and merchandising skills.
- Support team members in achieving their targets and addressing performance gaps.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
2. Sales and Merchandising Execution:
- Work closely with the Field Operations Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and merchandising plans.
- Ensure the Field Sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and information to achieve in-store objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to optimize brand visibility, product displays, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the team to address any challenges or obstacles encountered in the field.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager and Field Sales Team to address client needs and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with store managers and personnel to influence product positioning and secure optimal shelf space.
- Act as a point of contact for any issues or concerns raised by store personnel, or the Field Sales team.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate reports to evaluate team performance, track progress against objectives, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Field Operations Manager based on data analysis.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and merchandising.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of training materials and resources for the Field Sales team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a field sales role.
- Experience training, leading or managing field team is an advantage
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales and merchandising principles.
- Strong understanding and experience with planogram implementaion
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using technology tools such as smartphones, tablets, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
