About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Site Administrator to join our client based in the Moranbah area on a Monday to Friday Roster. This position can be residential role with flexible work arrangements available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls
Data entry
Ordering supplies and organising deliveries
Coordinating travel and accommodation
Assisting with timesheets, payroll and invoicing
Roster monitoring
Coordinate housekeeping and fleet servicing
Entering data and information into relevant systems
Provide administration support to management and departments
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in similar Administration or Site Administrator position
Strong communication, time management and organisation skills
High Attention to Detail
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
MEX, Xero or Krono experience (preferred)
