Admin/Design Assistant for Sticker company

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a cheerful, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin/Design Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with quoting and invoicing, and handling general office duties. Additionally, there is an opportunity to contribute to the graphic design aspect of projects if you have experience with Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Read tape measurements accurately in millimetres to determine sizing requirements for signage projects
• Assist with quoting using our in-house software, ensuring attention to detail to accurately price each project
• Process payments over the phone and generate invoices using our in-house program
• Assist with graphic design tasks, including preparing files for print and creating simple to complex signage layouts, using Adobe Illustrator & InDesign
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be a quick learner to adapt to changing priorities
• Perform general office duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the office

Requirements:

• Cheerful, friendly, and motivated individual with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in reading tape measurements in millimetres
• Experience with customer service, preferably in a similar industry
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company long-term; not suited for travellers
• Availability to work 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm with the availability to take on more days if required
