Fallu McMillan Lawyers are seeking to employ a well presented and motivated Legal Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our front line reception team.
As the first point of call for our clients and visitors, it is essential that you have the ability to meet, greet and assist in a professional and positive manner.
The position will include the following duties:
- Front desk reception – meeting and greeting clients both in person and on the phone; taking detailed and accurate messages, directing calls, arranging and confirming appointments;
- Administration duties – typing correspondence, filing, scanning, photocopying, attending to incoming and outgoing mail; creating and managing files and database; providing general administration support to other staff;
- Receipting client payments;
- Housekeeping duties;
- Outside clerk duties as required.
The successful applicant should possess the following experience/skills:
- Previous reception or customer service experience;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic;
- Mature, self-confident and professional demeanour;
- Ability to show patience and empathy;
- Accurate data entry and typing skills with attention to detail;
- Can multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as within the team.
