Position Overview: The Sales & Admin Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with client inquiries, order processing, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Assist in the preparation of company events and trade shows.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
