About the role
We are on the lookout for a friendly and driven individual to join our Global Synthetics WA team and help us deliver exceptional service and boost our sales.

Responsibilities
- Answering Global Synthetics incoming calls
- Assisting with general administration
- Outbound quote follow-up
- Data entry
- Portal Management
Requirements
- Proactive can-do attitude
- Clear and effective communication with customers and internal staff
- High attention to detail and time management
- 1-2 years Customer Service or Sales Experience
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with stock order entry software or systems will be advantageous
