Admin & Online Store Assistant - Coffee Alchemy
We are currently seeking applicants to fill an Admin and Online position at Coffee Alchemy in Marrickville, NSW
This is a very hands on role co-ordinating Admin & Online order activities and also undertaking some café duties. It has a huge range of variety in the tasks and would suit someone who has café and admin experience to tie that experience into a more evolved position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with print, pick and pack online order fulfilment and tracking
- Assist with Online Store product management including updating website inventory
- Assist with warehouse inventory and stock ordering
- Physical packing of orders for online and for our cafes
- Assist with daily packing duties for wholesale clients and ensuring they are completed accurately and dispatched on time
- Assistance in the café on till and backup during lunch breaks and busy periods.
- Liaise with customers via phone and email
- General office administrative duties mail, email, telephone
- General data entry
- Booking and tracking of couriers
- Follow up of customer enquiries and order tracking
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English)
- Excellent computer skills
- Social media and website experience a plus (Shopify eCommerce/Starshipit/AusPost/Couriers)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be detail minded and have excellent organisational skills
- Ability to cope with a number of priorities concurrently
- Time management
- Previous experience in café would be favourable
- Experience with Slack team communication favourable
