This role is for someone who is highly assertive, has strong attention to detail, and has first-class communication skills to be part of our dynamic team at Jade.

Some of your key areas of involvement will include (but will not be limited to):
Provide high-level administrative support assisting with the implementation of Jade’s NDIS services, data entry, billing, reconciliation, and liaison duties, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and within required timeframes.
Engage with participants, plan managers, and support coordinators, assisting with complex quoting processes and providing supporting documentation as required by the NDIA.
Contribute to the team by positively and enthusiastically representing Jade in dealing with all customers (e.g., staff, participants, suppliers, and visitors) via the phone, email, and in person.
Double checking that all billing is entered and processed correctly within NDIS guidelines across all our services from therapy, support work, support coordination, and respite.

To be successful in this role you will be a vivacious and energetic professional with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be reliable, friendly, and open to helping out all areas of the business as required.
You will require:
- Qualification/s in business administration or related field
- Knowledge of NDIS and the National Standards for Disability Services.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and high-level computer skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Player with High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage time and demonstrate well-developed organisational and administrative skills.
- Proven ability to work as effectively as an individual and in a team environment.
- An NDIS screening checks, current working with NSW Working with Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid, and NSW Driver’s license.
