Role Overview:
As a Admin receptionist professional at Irvin Bullbars, you will be an integral part of the Front Desk. You will be contributing to the smooth operation and management of the business. This position places a strong emphasis on customer service and involves coordinating activities to support both our operations and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the relevant departments.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining fitting and shipping schedules.
- Assist the sales team with order intake, customer inquiries, and sales support tasks.
- Execute duties passed on from management systems, ensuring effective communication between office/sales and workshop teams.
- Review & maintain orders progress schedule up to date by effective communication with workshop, office staff & customers
- Coordinate with the Management Team to empower them in fulfilling their respective duties.
- Provide regular reports on business activities and relevant issues to management.
- Maintain Safety and Quality registers and reports.
- Drive company growth through order intake, customer retention, and new customer development.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing accounts through direct customer liaison.
- Conduct data entry using Ostendo, MYOB, CRM, Excel, and Word.
- Represent/support sales opportunities at Field Day and Expo displays.
- Coordinate and oversee Occupational Health and Safety issues.
- Maintain a level of training appropriate for your position.
- Participate in further training and development, sponsored by Irvin Bullbars or self-initiated.
