Seeking Change Managers for our key utilities client. 3 roles are open to be working within our client on different projects:
- EI Legacy - Enterprise Intelligence (12 Month Contract) - Devise and execute a change management strategy centered on people, ensuring the successful integration and adoption of the new data, reporting, and analytics solution.
- Copperleaf Digital (6 Month Contract)- Support the Copperleaf Digital Project with a people-focused change management strategy to introduce new work methods within the team, aligning with the project's aim to implement a solution for Digital Portfolio Investment analysis.
- AI Policy (6 Month Contract) - Development and execution of a robust communication strategy to facilitate the implementation of our client's corporate AI policy and framework, requiring adept communication skills.
- Apply our client's change management framework within project methodology to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Create and oversee the comprehensive change plan/schedule as an integral component of the project plan.
- Complete all aspects of stakeholder analysis, change and training needs assessment, and communication planning.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or certification as a practitioner in a recognized change management framework, coupled with five or more years of experience spearheading organizational changes within large, complex entities.
- Vast experience in relationship-building, influencing, coaching, and facilitating conversations to promote adoption of new behaviors and mindsets.
- Considerable expertise in directing teams to attain change objectives within program streams.
