We are a Car Rental Company located in Springwood, we are looking for an admin assistant to work with in our company.
The Job role would be 5 Days per week
Experience with one of the above is an advantage along with experience with one of the following Xero.
Part of your day to day role would include
- Answering phones and liaising with customers
- Assisting other staff with admin work
- Assisting with online chat and customers online
- Dealing with transport department (training provided)
Applicants should possess the following
- Confident attitude to speak with clients
- Knowledge of XERO ( Not a must but would be an advantage)
- Punctual and well organised
- Knowledge of Excel
- Positive attitude
Providing you have had some experience we are happy to provide on site training
