- Managing inventory and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail environments.
- Familiarity with Neto software, MYOB, and online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Catch, Kogan, and eBay.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
