An exciting opportunity exists for a new support person to join our busy administrative team in a part time capacity.
We envisage this role to be 20 - 25 hours over 5 days per week.
As a candidate for this role your duties would include, but not limited to:
- Preparation, distribution and follow up of electronic document signing.
- Physical Mail distribution and action as required by management.
- ATO documentation forwarding to clients.
- Document management, scanning, filing, archiving.
- Update and maintain client data.
- Monthly newsletter preparation and distribution.
- Purchasing and maintaining of staff amenities, stationary, postage etc.
- Provide support to Partners and other adhoc duties as required.
It is expected that you will be competent with Outlook, Word and Excel, and previous experience within a professional office environment will be well regarded.
