About The Role
A challenging and diverse, fixed term opportunity is currently available at District 14, Melton from June 2024 to February 2025. As the Brigade Administrative Support Officer, you will provide administrative support and act as a volunteer and community liaison support to the Brigade Management Team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily administrative duties which contribute to the support of volunteer groups who service our community.
- Word processing, records management and accounting.
- Coordinating meetings, fundraising events and volunteer recruitment activities.
- Support to District 14 Brigades.
A full driver's licence is required, and a vehicle will be supplied for use by the successful applicant. Please note, some afterhours work is required of this role.
