Admin Team Leader

With a mix of customer service, administration, Team Leadership and data analytics this is a true all-rounder role. Lead our established team
With a focus on providing clean, filtered water in an environmentally sustainable way our client is growing. Already with 5 business locations nationally, this role is based at head office in Botany. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of information between all parts of the business.

What are we looking for?

• Experience leading a small administration team
• A willingness to be hands-on with accounts receivable
• Experience navigating Xero (or similar)
• Prior experience with Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fantastic attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Demonstrated experience in identifying issues, seeking input, developing and then implementing solutions.
