Platform Admin, New Business Team

This is an exciting opportunity for a Platform Administrator, responsible for updating and maintaining admin system information as part of a 6-week contract.You’ll join a strong Financial Services organization, who take pride in leading the way across change in the industry.
This role will allow for you to utilize your strong administration skillset and experiences part of a purpose-driven team that strives to provide a better customer experience.You will enjoy responsibility of;

• On-boarding new customers to the internal platform
• Ensure timely delivery of various reporting requirements to client/stakeholders.
• Be a point of contact for clients. Answer incoming calls and enquiries.
• Utilise effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.

You will have demonstrated experience with;

• Self/time management- ability to prioritise and work to agreed schedules.
• Client focus - Proven service excellence
• High attention to detail
