Form of workMuscillo Romano is an award- winning boutique firm located in East Brisbane. We are a well-established firm in the Australian Accounting Industry and we are looking for our next superstar to join our Client Services Team!
As part of the Client Services Team, some of your duties will include:
- Providing Administrative support to our wonderful team
- Compiling and sending Tax Returns and Financial Statements to clients
- Liaising with the ATO
- Coordinating team training events
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Diary management, including updating calendars and scheduling meetings
Skills & Experience
- Accounting firm experience is preferred but not essential
- Highly committed to providing excellent customer service
- High level organisational skills (with attention to detail) and efficiency
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Work well under pressure during busy times
- Fast learner
- ‘Can-do’, proactive attitude a must
- Intermediate+ MS Office skills
- Experience in using Xero accounting software is preferred
