About the Role:
* Provide advice in areas of budgeting, financial management and human resources to divisional leads.
* Manage and coordinate the workflows and functions of the Reporting Officer, Business Coordinator, Patient Liaison and Credentialing Officer, Federation Funding Agreement Department (FFA) and Oral Health Hub (OHH) including business submissions and responses to issues associated with the management and administration of FFA & OHH.
* Oversee and support the Service Support Manager staff for Metro South Oral Health in order to achieve effective and efficient administrative services across the service.
* Provide high level business management analysis and advice, as a member of the Oral Health Directorate, enabling the service line to deliver quality, cost effective services that are consistent with the strategic and operational directions of the MSOHS
* Prioritise the development and implementation of consistent service-wide and administrative policies.
* Prepare and coordinate high quality, timely submissions for senior departmental executives e.g., briefing notes, business cases
* Provide monthly reporting and analysis on performance in terms of expenditure and activity, highlighting relevant variances.
