Duties:
- Answering of incoming and returning booking inquiries calls.
- Manage email inbox enquiries and responding to request or queries.
- Greeting customers as they enter the store and assist them with service requirements and booking.
- Able to navigate through account workshop management.
- Require skills with computers.
