Fardell Group is looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director. Knowledge of MYOB Accounting & Payroll is essential for this position. This position requires a strong ability to manage time and tasks. High attention to detail and organisation. We are looking for someone that can demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative.
This position is offered on a full basis with above award wages (this is negotiable for the right person).
Responsibilities include:
- Manage accounts inbox
- Accounts Receivable – manage sales ledger for transport, plant hire & civil construction projects, raising invoices, receipting payments, chasing debtors.
- Accounts Payable – manage purchases ledger for transport, plant hire & civil construction projects, suppliers, purchases, and payments.
- Daily financial entries and reconciliations.
- Weekly financial reporting including cash flow, profit & loss.
- Manage Company insurance register and schedules.
- Payroll for 25 employees. Superannuation, Payroll Tax & Government reporting.
- Employee onboarding.
- Maintain Asset files, register, registrations & insurances.
- Fuel tracking, allocation & costing.
