Gavin Parsons and Associates is a small boutique Law Firm located in the centre of the Sydney CBD.
Our team are smart, highly driven professionals who pride themselves on excelling in their respective roles and providing high-quality legal services to a wide range of clientele.
We are currently seeking to employ a Law Clerk / Office Administration Assistant who will support the team in the day to day running of the firm.
This job description for this role includes but is not limited to;
- Maintaining a fantastic employee experience at all times, including planning and executing office tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients -related issues
- Manage our reception function to provide a smooth, exceptional client experience
- Opening and archiving client files
- Scanning and photocopying
- Supporting our MD with running various projects and initiatives, including research
- Liaising with our building management
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Board room preparation for meetings and maintaining staff amenities
We want to hear from people who have:
- 1+ years of experience in Office Administration in legal or a related industry such as professional services,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask and work independently
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- Attention to detail
