Administration All Rounder - 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract

An exciting position has become available at the Ingham Toyota Dealership as a Administration All Rounder with an immediate start on a 12 month maternity leave contract. 

Ingham Toyota forms part of one of the largest automotive dealerships in regional Australia and contributes to the North Queensland economy.  

We are looking for a motivated individual, with a proven track record in providing ‘Unbelievable’ Customer Experiences. In this crucial frontline role.

The role of the administration  All Rounder is broken down in to three distinct areas of responsibility. Although primarily Service Advisor focused the administration  All Rounder should have an understanding and be self-sufficient in the day to day, guest facing operations of all areas of the dealership.  

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• The focus of the operations All Rounder is act as the principal contact between the Dealership and the guest, for the repair, maintenance and servicing of guest vehicles, whilst ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Identifying parts and components using catalogues as required.
• Receiving, filling orders & invoicing parts
• Assist to accurately capture sales prospect information, update and maintain the Daily Activity Register for each day on duty including the logging of all walk in traffic, phone and internet enquiry for new vehicle sales staff
• General Administrative Duties
