Power Generation Operator Maintainers

About MinResMineral Resources is an innovative and leading mining services company with a growing portfolio of mining operations across multiple commodities, including iron ore and lithium.The OpportunityWe are looking for qualified and experienced Power Generation Operator MaintainersThese roles are on a family friendly 2:2 roster, dayshift only and are offered on a FIFO Perth basis.The Role

• Operate and maintain diesel reciprocating engines and Power Generation equipment
• Operate instrumentation and process control systems
• Undertake routine inspections and maintenance on the power station ancillary equipment
• Undertake typical housekeeping duties
• Stock inventory

Key requirements:

• WA Electrical Licence or Mechanical Trade
• Current manual drivers' licence
• Extensive experience and sound knowledge of power systems and control circuitry
• Extensive experience in running and maintaining Diesel reciprocating engines
• A high standard of fault finding and trouble-shooting ability
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Ability to work autonomously in remote location areas
• Proficient with computers and monitoring equipment to measure, record and adjust the power station within allowable operating parameters
• Must hold working rights in Australia
• Hold, or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance issued within 12 months
