Seeking an all-rounder that wishes to work in a diverse administration role within the property industry, being exposed to all aspects of the business. Ideally the candidate will reside in the Byron Bay/Northern Rivers surrounds, to enable regular meet ups.
Right aptitude with some creative flair and very experienced in administration is a must, having interest and an understanding of the property lifecycle is necessary as that is what we do. Actual extensive experience in Real Estate, Design, Construction or Development is not a requirement.

- Self starter, very motivated, passionate about administration, able to effectively work in a small team environment
- Positive attitude, caring approach, ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure
Essential Experience:
- Experienced using MAC, cloud based software, G Suite
- Computer knowledge with Gmail/Word/Excel/Office
- Experience with BOX, Smartsheet, Hiver, Slack (Preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work 3 set days per week or set part time hours across 5 days
- Proactive, enthusiastic and mature in your approach
