The Role
As the Administrator and Receptionist you will be responsible for face to face relations with customers as well as administration tasks.
Duties include:
- Reception
- Administration
- Data entry
- Data collection
- General queries
- Filing
- Taking phone calls
- Managing emails
What you need
In order to be successful in this role you will have experience within an Administration and customer facing role. You will also have excellent customer service skills, be well presented and have a strong admin background.
What is on offer
The successful candidate will secure a 6 week contract that offers great working hours of Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm, meaning no evenings or weekends!
Paying between $30-35ph dependent on experience as per clerical award.
