Who are we:
Bulls Masters are a not-for profit organisation that works in the world of cricket both regionally and locally here in Brisbane. We visit a vast array of Queensland towns and conduct school visits, hospital visits, fundraising events for both charities and local cricket clubs whilst also encouraging children to get active and play sport.

We are advertising for an excellent Administration and Events Manager.
What will you be doing:
As the Administration and Events Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a vast array of administration tasks whilst also providing event support and coordination of all tours and Events. Duties include but not limited to:
Administration
- General office administration (point of contact, answering phones, postage, banking, stock inventory, filing, taking payments).
- Maintaining memberships and past player databases.
- MYOB - Generating invoices and applying payments.
- Coordinate and administrate Board Meeting preparation including, calendar invitation, creation of board packs, minute taking and compiling of notes from the meeting.
- Compile Annual Report and any other sponsor reports.
- Blue Card maintenance.
Events + Tours
- Coordinating all administration tasks for tour and Events (inc. player itineraries and contracts, runsheets, event / tour reporting, booking forms and payments).
- Day of coordinator for all events including running of the fundraising elements.
- Produce profit and loss reconciliation post event.
How will you be successful:
To be considered for this role you will have the following attributes and skills.
- Demonstrated experience in fast moving administration with the ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning from start to finish with the ability to work across multiple events at any one time.
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising.
- Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft office.
- Ability to problem solve and learn on the go.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong communication skills as this role works with a vast array of stakeholders.
- Ability to travel with the tour party when required.
- Friendly, professional and can-do attitude.
