Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the public entry reception area, attending to all enquiries, including answering incoming telephone calls and directing calls to the relevant persons or areas.
- Typing and secretarial service of reports, quotes, and other requested material, and carrying out all other tasks as may be requested by the Business Development Manager and Managing Director.
- Creating marketing documents such as social media posts, project case studies, website update documents, newsletters, etc.
- Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager and assisting them with their needs.
- Filing and organising files both on the server and off the server.
- To demonstrate computer proficiency and accuracy, particularly using Microsoft programmes such as Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel.
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Managing office supplies such as stationary
- Performing ad-hoc duties as requested and also daily kitchen tidy up
Requirements:
- Successfully completed Higher School Certificate
- Proficient knowledge of Canva, Shopify, Adobe Cloud, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Upbeat and outgoing personality
- Motivated and open to learning new things
