Marketing Assistant (=
Shopper Marketing Executive) position for 1 year, renewable 1 year.As
Shopper Marketing Executive you will actively participate to the implementation of the Shopper Plans for Pierre Fabre in line with internal and customer activations and timeline, participate to the management of the planograms and the planogram process and assist with reviews and recommendations of promotional activities.SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:
- Brief, manage and deliver key account creative and print assets inline with internal and customer timelines.
- Lead short team activation planning and lead time management with Shopper Team and KAM
- POS Life Cycle Management - Create and maintain POP assets and POG
- Ongoing management of E-Retailer and Skulibrary assets
- Support the Category Manager in developing Shopper Marketing strategies and business knowledge through the use of data tools for analysis and delivery of key insights.
- Ensuring Shopper Marketing activations are inline with the Shopper budget and supporting Category Manager in tracking and managing the budget.
- Be an advocate for the Shopper within the business by sharing the key shopper insights, objectives & strategies.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing and External Suppliers.
- Champion efficient process development through ongoing documentation, implementation, and review.
Who you are ?Education & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or Marketing Studies.o or Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.o Expert Powerpoint, Excel and other Office Suite skills
