Job Description
We are seeking the expertise of a marketing & administrative professional within our Office Leasing team based in our Perth CBD office. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career within a high-performing and collaborative team.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks which include:

• Preparing, formatting and collating reports, marketing materials, submissions, and other documentation using InDesign.
• Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team.
• Assisting the marketing team with the coordination of marketing events and campaigns.
• Updating of internal databases.
• Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses.
• Managing team travel economically, ensuring cost effective airfares and ground transport are arranged.

Qualifications
To meet the challenge of this busy role, you may bring some of the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a support and/or marketing role, with some basic property related experience.
• Experience using InDesign, or a willingness to learn.
• Strong MS Office skills; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional communication skills.
