The Role
The Communications Coordinator is an exciting new role in our Communications and Stakeholder Relations team. You'll be part of a collaborative and creative team of communications professionals who prepare and deliver strategic communications and engagement initiatives, projects and strategies. You'll lead work to help enhance the Insurance Commission’s brand and reputation, foster positive relationships with key stakeholders and build awareness of its products, services and programs.
The Person
You will align with our values and have the capability to:
- plan, implement and evaluate strategic communications initiatives and projects, including the delivery of communications for owned, earned and paid channels;
- proactively manage multiple projects, initiatives and priorities with a focus on achieving results;
- effectively engage and influence stakeholders, and develop positive, collaborative relationships that will contribute to the delivery of organisational goals; and
- research, analyse and think laterally to solve problems, innovate and provide advice on communications trends and opportunities to improve work practices.
