Immediate start for this temp assignment.
You will support the General Manager to support the completion of key project milestones including the design of an effective business (PowerPoint) presentation.
The assignment will require skills in carefully analysing and interpreting statistical data, and adopting an organised, systematic method to file this information.
Other duties will include effectively communicating relevant information to various internal and external stakeholders of the project.
You will need:
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project.
- Previous experience in administration roles in which your scope of duties including project-based business support.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Creative marketing skills to design a suitably effective Power Point presentation.
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving capabilities.
- Sound understanding of project management principles and maintaining and following clear guidelines to meet critical milestones.
- Ability to coordinate and schedule multiple tasks, projects, and calendars.
- High self-organisation, resourcefulness and an outcomes focused attitude.
