Qualifications & experience
- Experience in an administration role is a must
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Able to work autonomously and with a team
- Ability to multi task
- MYOB experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting with customer queries
- Invoicing
- Assisting with projects
- Assisting with scheduling
- Data entry
- Preparing quotes and purchase orders
- General administration duties as required
