Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity
Currently, Ngaanyatjarra Essential Services (ES) has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Administration and Reconciliation Clerk to join the team based in the Perth Office.
Working under the direction of the Essential Services Administration Manager, the role of the Administration and Reconciliation Clerk is to assist the team with job costing, job reporting and administration support.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Maintaining job listings in a database.
- Providing administrative support to the Essential Services team.
- Processing incoming job work sheets and preparing client invoices.
- Converting Job Sheets to invoices.
- Compiling job estimates for clients approval.
- Identify parts using an electronic catalogue.
- Completion of general reports and documents as directed by the assistant manager.
- Work collaboratively with trades and administration staff.

- Strong data entry processing skills.
