As the Registered Midwife (RM) in Birth Suite, you will be responsible for delivering safe compassionate clinical care; working collaboratively with the women and the healthcare team to achieve best practice patient outcomes. The RM engages in reflective, analytical practice through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of direct person-centred care. The RM continually improves their skills and knowledge developing from graduate to highly skilled Registered Midwife. This position will be rotational through the maternity service.
