Administration Assistant
- Full time position Monday- Friday

Take this opportunity to join an established and friendly team within the infrastructure services industry. You will provide administrative support with duties including but not limited to:
- Answering the phone in a pleasant and timely manner
- Booking site inspections
- Collecting and processing the mail
- Banking
- Raising invoices in MYOB
- Providing support for the building plan approval team
- Assisting the team with any ad hoc duties
- Scanning and filing
You will be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook and on the job training will be provided for internal systems. We are seeking a self motivated and positive person who will provide support to the team using strong organisational and communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is ideal however not necessary. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm with an immediate start. Nearby street parking is available.
