About the Role
AE Consulting Engineers is seeking an Administration Assistant officer to provide general office support and to fulfill administration tasks and services within a timely manner.
- You will liase with stakeholders internal and external
- You will Report to the Director daily
- Organise/book meetings on Teams
- Answering phone calls
- Creating invoices
- Booking inspections
- Organising and entering bookings in calendars
- General office ad-hoc duties
- General house keeping
- Ordering office supplies
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration/admin support
- Organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Xero accounting system (essential but not a must)
- Communication skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must be professional and mature minded
