About The Position We invite you to join our team at Cleveland Manor Retirement Village as a dynamic and proactive Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis.
We are seeking a passionate, organised and customer focused administrator who is enthusiastic about embracing a busy, hands-on environment. As the Administration Assistant will streamline administrative processes, and provide valuable assistance to our village community. Reporting to the Village Manager, additional responsibilities will include: Facilitating training, development, and motivation of staff in line with company guidelines.
Reception and general administration tasks – via face to face, phone, and electronic communication channels. Update and maintain computerised record management and databases. Liaise with key stakeholders to contribute to the success of the Village.
Work within established operating budgets and guidelines provided by the Village Manager. Ensure all maintenance requests and preventative maintenance are logged and completed. Assisting with new and departing village admissions as well as assisting with unit resales and marketing.
Monitor and ensuring Work Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Essential Criteria
As part of the application process, you will be required to provide a National Police Check, proof of right to work in Australia, participate in pre-employment assessment, verification of identification and qualifications. Additionally, you will have: Demonstrated success in a similar role. Sound knowledge in Microsoft Suite, database applications and basic financial systems.
National Police Check (or ability to obtain). First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain). COVID-19 vaccinations (or ability to obtain).
