Tue-Thur 1100 - 1700 Weekly
Additional hours may be available depending on Business needs
Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues all across Australia.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our restaurant associates sector at our global leading IT client - Accenture. We are searching for an experienced and passionate Administration assistant for a fixed term 8 Month Contract.
The successful candidate will have previous experience across all aspects of a busy switchboard operation and preferably experience in receptionist services .
The position :
Previous switchboard operation - call pick-up & voicemail management including directing all calls to the relevant department or personnel (previous administrative/reception experience highly regarded)
Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide the highest level of customer service in a continually changing environment with a strong emphasis on consistency and flexibility
Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
The person :
Ability to work unsupervised and also within a team
Impeccable personal presentation
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
